The strategies of “One Belt and One Road” and “Yangtze River Economic Delta” being deployed by China have offered a platform for more extensive cooperation for both sides. Shanghai will continuously improve its competitive edge internationally and better serve the nation by proactively pushing forward the construction of international shipping center, stepping up the development of shipping services, promoting the building of Yangtze River Golden Waterborne Corridor in accordance with the national requirements. Meanwhile, Shanghai will as ever stick to the opening-up policy to fully support globally prominent enterprises like Maersk Group to take part in the construction and work more closely with each other.
